Fender American Special Stratocaster HSS Review

Fender American Stratocaster HSS

The Fender American Special Stratocaster HSS is an affordable USA made guitar that includes an alder body with gloss urethane finish, 9.5″ radius maple neck, jumbo frets, Texas Special middle and neck pickups, an Atomic humbucking bridge pickup, and vintage-style synchronized tremolo.

This guitar is quite flexible and provides a level of versatility that will satisfy even the most demanding guitarists. The Texas special single coils will give you all those classic bluesy strat tones (think Stevie Ray Vaughan) whilst the atomic humbucker will supply you with that fat lead sound for rocking out.

We particularly like the Greasebucket Tone Circuit which allows you to use the guitars tone control to get a variety of different sounds without the guitar soundng muddy. All in all this is a great genuine USA made guitar that won’t break the bank!
