James Trussart is an incredibly innovative guitar maker who specialises in custom built steel-bodied guitars, basses and violins in an array of finishes, reminiscent of shiny chrome resonator instruments and rusty, weathered or fossilized discarded machinery.
Having built guitars since the 1980′s he now honed his unique guitar making skills to such an extent that he has managed to capture the imagination of some seriously respected guitarists including Paul Simon, Eric Clapton, Billy Gibbons, Joe Walsh, Jack White, Joe Perry, Tom Morello, Billy Corgan and James Hetfield. The tone produced by these guitars is so distinctive that Trussart guitars have now become ‘must-have’ instruments for many influential artists.
