Banned YouTube Parodies of Famous Guitarists

Santeri Ojala, aka StSanders

Fretpoint has finally located some of the very funny shedder parodies from Santeri Ojala, (aka StSanders) that were infamously banned from YouTube. These hilarious and very popular “shredding” videos poke fun at some the world’s great guitar players including Yngwie Malmsteen, Eddie Van Halen, Steve Vai, Eric Clapton (is none safe from this guy?) and many more.

Santeri managed to expertly overdubb the performances with hilariously bad playing that mimicked almost identically the scales and riffs being played in the videos. You can check some of the funniest videos below.

In this shredded video, Ojala overdubs footage from 1988 of Eddie Van Halen playing an instrumental version of “Hot For Teacher.”

Santeri re-recorded the audio in this clip of virtuoso guitarist Jake E. Lee performing with Ozzy Osbourne during the “Bark At The Moon” tour in 1984

This is pure class and a very brave move in parodying the mighty metallica. However the whole band sound so diabolically bad that he manages to pull if off.

Of course no list of guitar parodies would be complete without having a go at Yngwie.
